I don’t think I need to write too much here… The pictures below sort of speak for themselves.
On the left I was 18 years old, about a week or so away from heading off to college, fully grown (about 6’3) and seriously malnourished. The picture on the right was taken a little less than a month ago – I’m happy, fit and healty. The difference is pretty profound, and just looking at the older image on the left makes my skin crawl.
The power, really the miracle of medicine cannot be understated. The g-tube, in so many ways, has saved my life, and has allowed me to live on in whatever way I deem fit. I am incredibly fortunate to have seen such amazing results with it!
